About Us

 

Cathy has worked in the caring field for many years. Her previous work roles over the past twenty years have included a children’s nanny, a veterinary nurse and a one-to-one carer for a lady suffering from dementia.

 

Cathy first became interested in ‘hands-on’ therapy while working at a drug & alcohol treatment centre. After gaining a diploma in Indian Head Massage in her spare time, she used it very successfully in her workplace for some time, before becoming interested in training in other therapies. After a ‘taster’ weekend sparked her curiosity she decided to do her Reflexology diploma, whilst also being initiated into Reiki 1 and 2 training.

 

It was during this time that she was also introduced to The Bowen Technique. After experiencing for herself how effective this treatment could be, she decided to train to become a Bowen practitioner to enable her to offer her clients a whole range of treatments to choose from.

 

The newest treatment we have to offer is Bio Resonance that uses 'State of the Art' technology to help with a range of health issues.
